So it's Week 5
and guess what? I didn't lose any this week!  I maintained! So I guess it may be time to add exercise to the whole diet and exercise plan!  I cheated a bit on Superbowl Sunday!  I had a few pieces of thin crust Pizza King Pizza and some wings!  So that'll teach me to cheat!  So that's my news for now!

Same here. Actually I gained a little less than a pound. My dad just had to have a birthday. LOL
